    The following is based on a long-term analysis of 13 years in a corporate setting. This is based on the personality analysis from these handwriting and on-site observation. ​These handwriting are written by employees who performed same job scopes and  responsibilities. The only difference between them are their work experiences. As of to date, the employee who wrote Handwriting A has about ten years of work experience; Handwriting B has about 18 years; and Handwriting C’s about 21 years work experience. ​  I was studying these three handwriting. In this article, the question is: Who would you assign your company’s projects to? And what are the criteria before selecting which of these engineers to manage your project?
