In my younger days, I practiced patience simply because Allah commanded it. Then I was in a work environment that praised anger as “leadership,” I became hot-tempered and ruthless, drifting from my true self. Leaving that company after 13 years was a blessing, a chance to realign with my soul and with Allah SWT. Then, during the recent big tests, I began to see Allah’s commands from a whole new perspective. One day, I saw a TikTok content creator mention that we can shape our character, even our DNA, like Rasulullah ﷺ, simply by sending Salawat.
