Q1. How do you get the idea to write this book? ​The plan to write a book on ‘motivational quotes’ has been at the back of my mind. It was one of the books I wanted to write this year. At that time, I was in the midst of writing my first motivational/self-help book on self-esteem but then out of nowhere, I started to write this first instead  Q2. What was your inspiration to write this book? The ideas were from my experiences meeting with people over the years. With those I worked with, acquaintances, and friends. The following case study is an extract from my soon to be published book under the HR and Management Series. I am starting with the case study of one of the Project Managers whom I used to worked with for 13 years. I decided to choose this first is because of its significance in the thread for the other case studies. Other than that, it will be a comprehensive story with evidence from the long-term study in a business organisation setting.
