It might not be easy to tell people about how you feel when you are disappointed, upset or sad about a situation you are experiencing because sometimes you feel like you could not trust them enough to share about how you feel. Or it is not easy for you to express your feelings into words. Then, you ended up keeping it to yourself. Yes, sometimes it works but at times it might not.
