Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, perfected by Allah SWT, our Creator, was chosen to be our guide and example in every part of life. For a long time, I used to think his character was far beyond what I could ever reach, that I could never truly live up to his example. Because of that, I didn’t really understand which traits I was supposed to follow, even though I knew the kinds of values Allah SWT wants us to have. But the truth is, the answer has always been there. The Prophet ﷺ was sent  for us ; as a teacher, a guide, and a role model for both men and women. In my younger days, I practiced patience simply because Allah commanded it. Then I was in a work environment that praised anger as “leadership,” I became hot-tempered and ruthless, drifting from my true self. Leaving that company after 13 years was a blessing, a chance to realign with my soul and with Allah SWT. Then, during the recent big tests, I began to see Allah’s commands from a whole new perspective. Many of us, myself included, used to think Prophet Muhammad ﷺ’s character was beyond our reach, something we could never embody. Yet he ﷺ was sent for all of us, men and women alike, to show the way: how to live, act, and purify our hearts.  One day, I saw a TikTok content creator mention that we can shape our character, even our DNA, like Rasulullah ﷺ, simply by sending Salawat. In that moment, I realized: the answer was there all along. “Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example for whoever hopes in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often.”...

Many of us, myself included, used to think Prophet Muhammad ﷺ’s character was beyond our reach. But he ﷺ was sent for all of us; to show how to live, act, and purify our hearts. Recently, Allah SWT taught me about self-control in a moment I didn’t expect. One day, I almost replied harshly to a customer who didn’t replied to my call with regards to his order. I was ready to send a harsh text message, but before I did, something stopped me. The sudden awareness that Allah is watching me. It happened after weeks of consistent tahajjud and seeking forgiveness, during one of the toughest tests in my life. And what’s humbling is that the mistake was mine all along.
